Body Balancing

This is a 45-minute, private consultation designed for you and your support person. Must be at least 24 weeks pregnant.


Body Balancing

Adding BALANCE to your body creates comfort in pregnancy and sets you up for a more straightforward labor. In these sessions the focus is on BALANCING the body, teaching COMFORT TECHNIQUES that can be used in labor, and EMPOWERING the support person in their role for childbirth.


How is this different from Spinning Babies?

Spinning Babies is an in-depth class teaching you balance, gravity, and movement. It helps make room for your baby so the baby can rotate into the most optimal position for birth.

Body Balancing focuses more on COMFORT MEASURES & TECHNIQUES.


This class is for expectant parents only


Who should take this class?

Anyone seeking to increase their chances of an easier birth. This course is designed to complement a childbirth class, not to be a substitute for one.


Please Wear comfortable clothes you can move around easily in.


$40 MOM + one. Refreshments Included


Refund Statement:

Due to limited classes, we regret we must keep rescheduling to a minimum. A class may be rescheduled one time for non-emergency reasons. For class cancellations, a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice prior to the class is required to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for any missed classes.

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather, lack of participants, and/or scheduling conflicts.
