Childbirth Education- Book and Online Education

Expectant parents will receive a book and have access to the programs web app, videos, and online resources. With this program you will learn the stages of labor, comfort techniques to use during labor, and medical interventions that may be available. You will learn about vaginal and cesarean births, and what to expect after you deliver. This is a great resource for people who can not attend classes or would like to go at their own pace.

After going through the material, a nurse will be available for a 30 minute Q&A virtual meeting.
