2025 Natural Family Planning Intro

Did you know that there is a completely safe and natural way to track fertility and become more in tune with your body? Whether you are single, engaged or married, learning how to observe natural signs of fertility is an effective way to space children, become pregnant and can even be used to diagnose reproductive or hormonal problems. Come to our introduction to Natural Family Planning class taught by a certified NFP RN to learn more!

Natural Family Planning (NFP) is an umbrella term to describe the methods used to achieve or avoid pregnancy based on observations of the naturally occurring signs and symptoms to determine the fertile and infertile phases of a woman's menstrual cycle. This is meant to be an informal introductory session only.

**This class will not provide a NFP certificate for church requirements, as this is an introductory overview of all NFP methods; please see your priest for information regarding your specific needs.
