Join us for a health talk and hike for adults or a story time and hike for kids once a month.
Each interactive hike will be guided by a Rochester naturalist through the Ascension boardwalk at Innovation Hills.
Location: Innovation Hills, 2800 W Hamlin Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48309
Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am
- April 9th - Adults / Brain health / Healthy aging
- May 14th - Kids / Helmet safety / FREE HELMETS!
- June 11th - Adults / Balance Assessment / Fall prevention
- July 16th - Kids / Meet the pediatrician, Dr. Wilson / Healthy lifestyles for children
- August 13th - Kids / The human body / Craft will be provided by RAFM. Perfect for ages K - 2nd grade
- September 10th - Adults / Exercise physiology / Cardiovascular health
