Preparing for childbirth can be overwhelming, but our team of nurse educators here at ASTH Midtown are here to help guide and support you through the process!

Our Natural Moms course is designed to prepare you, and your support person, for a natural, unmedicated birth experience. This three week course will not only cover the basics of the labor and delivery process but will also focus on learning and practicing some of the most talked-about and popular coping techniques.

As an added bonus, this course also includes the Birth Center Orientation class information that is required to be eligible to deliver in one of our special Birth Center suites. So, our moms taking this course will not have to pay for or attend the separate orientation class.

All potential patients should go online to pre-register with the hospital at www.ascension.org/MidtownRegistration.

If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
