2025 Labor Support Class - Ascension St. Vincent

**This class is not intended for childbirth instruction but rather should be taken AFTER a childbirth instruction class. (After our Childbirth Series Class or Childbirth Preparation Overview Class)

Let's practice before your special day! Join us for a fun, energetic class in an actual labor room with an experienced labor nurse! This class is for EVERYONE, no matter what your plans are for labor and birth. You and your partner will have an opportunity for hands-on practice with the variety of comfort measures offered at Ascension St Vincent Hospitals; such as the labor ball, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, breathing techniques, and comfort positions. Just bring yourself and your support person and we will provide the rest! You will leave the class feeling more relaxed & prepared for your big day.

We suggest participating in this class when you are between 32-36 weeks pregnant so you have time to practice these new skills before your new arrival.

Registration includes both mom and care partner. Class registration is non-refundable, however, we would be happy to move you to another class with 72 hours notice.
