During the holidays nutrition and weight management tends to be less important. According to the CDC achieving and maintaining a healthy weight includes healthy eating, physical activity, optimal sleep and stress reduction. Several other factors may also affect weight gain. Dr. Shepard will explore tips and strategies to keep your weight and nutrition a priority.
