Nervous about birth-day? Want to make a birth plan, but don't know how? A birth plan is a document to let your care team know your preferences for labor and birth and is a valuable tool. These individual sessions will provide you with guidance from our birth educator to make a birth plan. You will leave with a completed plan, ready to face your big day.

Breastfeeding Success (BFS) is offering How to Make a Birth Plan sessions virtually with a LIVE instructor.
The fee for this service is $100. It includes an online mini-course and questionnaire, a rough draft birth plan created by a birth educator using your questionnaire answers, a one hour private virtual meeting with an educator to answer questions and finalize your birth plan.

NOTE: Making a birth plan is ideally done AFTER taking a birth class.
How to Make a Birth Plan is a service that will help you discover what your hopes are for your birth if you're not sure yet, and then help you put your wishes into words.
A birth plan can be a valuable tool going into birth, but there are right and wrong ways to create and use one. It can be intimidating!
This session will provide some guidance from our birth educator. You'll receive some online assignments and a questionnaire to help you get started, and then you'll have a private 1-1 session with our educator to ask questions and get the details and structure finalized. We'll also discuss what to do with your birth plan after it's done!
