Childbirth Refresher - Owasso

This is ideal for an expectant mother and her support person who has previously attended a childbirth education class.

In this self-paced class, you will review labor warning signs, when to go to the hospital and what to pack in your bag, what to expect when you are admitted, stages of labor, medications, epidurals and pain management options. Also discussed, breathing, relaxation, and non-medicated labor positions. Included is an overview of the Mother-Baby Maternity guidelines.
