Your Best Birth - Saturday Edition

This course is for first-time parents, as well as those who feel they would benefit from a refresher course. It is taught by our wonderful RN Instructors. The class covers Labor and Delivery; Options for Pain Management (including coping techniques); Cesarean/Post-Partum Care; Virtual Tour of the Birth Suites; and Newborn Care. THE CLASS COST IS PER COUPLE. This course meets one Saturday with a break for lunch.
