You and your partner will learn to work together to ease discomforts in pregnancy and have an easier labor and vaginal birth.

Head down is only the beginning! Which way your head-down baby is facing has a huge impact on how long and hard (or short and easy!) your labor is.
During labor, your baby turns through three levels of the pelvis. Together, you and your birth partner can use these techniques before and during labor to help “make room for baby!” Balancing your Baby reveals how through simple stretches and maneuvers, you may assist the baby in finding optimal positions for pregnancy, labor and birth. Come learn techniques to help support an easier pregnancy and birth!
To take this class you must be at least 24 weeks pregnant and you must come with a birth partner

Anyone seeking to increase their chances of an easier birth.
Due to Covid restrictions, no children under the age of 18 are currently permitted in the hospital and we only offer the opportunity for you and one birth partner to attend this session.
