Pediatric Hands - the Dell Difference

Join us for a FREE virtual presentation with a question and answer session on Wednesday, April 28 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm

Dell Children's Medical Center and Dell Medical School are proud to offer a series of FREE virtual presentations to parents, families and stakeholders covering a wide array of pertinent topics related to pediatric hand surgery. This program will include a presentation from each physician and a Q&A session moderated by our nurse navigator.


Presenting physicians are Dr Hilton Gottschalk - President/CEO Central Texas Pediatric Orthopedics, Assistant Professor of Surgery and Perioperative Care - Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin and Dr Steve Henry, MD Hand and Microneurovascular Surgery, Assistant Professor Department of Surgery and Perioperative Care, Plastic Surgery Clerkship Director Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin. Ginny Graham, OTR/CHT Certified Hand Specialist will offer insights on rehabilitation services offered through DCMC.


Topics to be covered during this session include:

  • Panel discussion with our board-certified hand surgeons regarding pediatric hand conditions and injuries
  • Identify what injuries need a hand specialist and when to seek care
  • Discuss the spectrum of pediatric hand and upper extremity care at Dell Children's Collaborative Hand Program

This presentation will be hosted via Zoom. A meeting link will be sent to you with your registration confirmation. Our Hand Clinic Nurse Coordinator, Sabrina Schneider, RN, BSN will moderate our Q&A session via the Chat. We will record this session for your reference at a later date.
