Planning an unmedicated birth? Exploring medical pain relief at the hospital?

Either way, you will likely have some pain. You might labor at home, in the car, checking in to the hospital, and while settling into your room. But pain is relative, purposeful, manageable, and temporary. Explore non-medical methods for coping with the discomforts of labor.

You do not need this class if you take the "BELLY TO BIRTH 4 PART CLASS SERIES".

If your class requires payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 3 business days prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.

Our in-person classes are limited in size and fill up quickly. There will be a $25 cancellation charge for no-shows unless the cancellation is made at least 3 business days prior to the start of the class or if the site cancels the class.

If an in-person class does not fill to the minimum size, it may be offered as a live virtual class instead of canceling.
