Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown Birthing Your Baby

This class series is taught by a registered nurse with work experience in labor and delivery. The small class size allows for interaction with other pregnant couples. The topics covered in this series: pregnancy warning signs, labor stages/phases, comfort techniques, medical procedures (including medications ie: epidural), cesarean delivery and postpartum recovery self-care.

*Note: This class does not include any content regarding baby care or breastfeeding. Additional classes to consider: Just About Baby and/or Comprehensive Breastfeeding.


*Take this class between 32-36 weeks of pregnancy to learn and retain the most information close to your delivery.

CLASS CANCELLATION AND REFUND:

If a cancellation is requested for a virtual class, it must be done within 24 hours of the time you registered and you will not receive a full refund. The class packet is immediately mailed out to your home address and the book contains a unique access code that cannot be returned or transferred to another participant.  

A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
