Yoga - 60 Minute Classes

This class is approachable and satisfying for all levels — beginners to experienced. The word yoga means to unite, to connect. Provides a way to improve strength, balance and flexibility.

Registration is not required. Times: Mondays from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.; Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.; Wednesdays from 12:15 p.m. – 1: 15 p.m.; Thursdays in March from 5:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Fridays from 9:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. $10 per class (package discount prices available).
