Dr. Timothy Chmielewski is a family medicine doctor in Chesterfield, Michigan. He was born in Michigan, living in the state the majority of his life. Dr. Chmielewski completed his medical school training in Poland and his residency at Ascension St John Hospital. During his residency he received the following awards: W. Peter McCade Award for Physician Leadership and Education (June 2022), Wayne State School of Medicine Resident Teaching Award (2021-2022), Society of Teacher of Family Medicine 2023 Resident Teaching Award. Dr Chmielewski is a hard working individual who believes in doing everything he can for his patients. He takes a holistic and patient centered approach to patient care. His interests within medicine are procedures, integrative medicine, primary care and acute care.
