Step 2: Talk to your prescriber

Make sure to let your prescriber(s) know that you would like your prescriptions sent to:


  • "Ascension Rx 1001 Home Delivery" for maintenance medications OR
  • "Ascension Rx 1303 - Specialty" for specialty medications

You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your request.


A member of our pharmacy team will contact you to finalize your medication transfer. Expect a call from 1-833-633-7279.


Once you've verified your information with an Ascension Rx team member, and we have received your prescription, you should receive your medication(s) within 7-14 business days.
