Freeze the Gain & Maintain Wellness Challenge

This wellness challenge is for Racine City, County, and Unified Employees.

The program challenge begins the week of November 15th and ends the week of January 10th.

A confidential weigh-in and weigh-out will be held at the Ascension Racine Employee Health and Wellness Center.

The goal of the challenge is to maintain your weight during the holiday season within 2 pounds of your starting weight.

Wellness emails will be sent throughout the challenge to help keep you engaged.
