About

Dr. Peter Fattal is the echocardiographer for the Structural heart program. He Studied echocardiography as a subspecialty in a fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He has been a cardiologist for 34 years and helped build the imaging portion of the structural heart program at Ascension St. Mary’s and another local hospital. Along with this, he is a part of various trials such as the mitral valve repair study using the Carillon Contour device. He is also the founder for the Pulse 3 foundation in Mid Michigan. Outside of his work, Dr. Fattal enjoys playing on a national ultimate frisbee team, hiking, and playing guitar at local bars, restaurants and charity events such as the Run for your Heart race. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and four children
