The Cardiometabolic and Lipid Center is a specialized center for patients with cardiovascular disease and diabetes and/or lipid abnormalities. We deliver a personalized treatment plan. Lifestyle modification is combined with established and new evidence-based pharmacologic therapies to reduce the risk of cardiovascular-related complications, cardiovascular hospitalizations and ultimately cardiovascular deaths.

  • History of smoking
  • Poorly controlled dyslipidemia
  • Familiar hypercholesterolemia, both heterozygous or homozygous
  • Increased Lp(a)
  • Primary elevated triglycerides
  • Statin intolerance
