Ascension Seton Bereavement

At Ascension Seton, we consider it a sacred privilege to have cared for your loved one in their final moments. It was also an honor to care for you and your family. Our hearts are still with you as you grieve. We offer the following resources in hopes that they will be of some comfort in the days ahead.

Peace and comfort,
Ascension Seton Chaplains

Service of Remembrance

In the packet our chaplains sent you in the mail, you should find a service guide and paper heart to share memories. When you have gathered those items and are ready, we invite you to take part in our virtual service of remembrance.

Memorial Catholic Mass

Join Ascension Seton Catholic Priest Chaplains in person or virtually at a Catholic Mass honoring those who have died in any of our Ascension Seton hospitals. Mass will be celebrated in our hospital chapels, and you are welcome to attend at any location. The schedule and locations are listed below. Please check back for updates.
