Walk-in care in your neighborhood

For non-life-threatening situations that require immediate attention, you may walk in to our clinic or schedule an appointment online. We offer online appointment scheduling, so you can relax at home until it's time to come in. Simply go online and choose your estimated arrival time.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, go directly to the ER or call 911. Signs or symptoms of an acute emergency may include shortness of breath, chest pain, open fracture, fainting, severe bleeding, head injury or other major trauma, one-sided weakness or numbness, loss of consciousness or fainting, severe abdominal pain, or bites or stings from humans, animals, reptiles, snakes, crawling or flying insects.

Compassionate care for your entire family

At Ascension Seton, our family medicine team provides compassionate, personalized care for every member of your family. Whether you have an acute illness, or a more complex health concern, we help our patients stay healthy in body, mind and spirit.

Our care team takes the time to know you and your family, and learn about your family's health history. This information is important to help identify health risk factors.

In addition to caring for individual acute illness and injury, we provide services to help promote better family health, including:

  • Adolescent medicine
  • Adult (senior) medical care, including high blood pressure and high cholesterol
  • Health prevention and dietary guidance
  • Pediatric well-child care and immunizations
  • Physicals: Annual, school, sports, DOT/CDL
  • Screening tests
  • Women's health services, including gynecological exams, Pap tests, and biopsies
