Insurance and Treatment Cost

Will insurance cover the cost of a treatment program at Ascension Brighton Center for Recovery?

At Ascension Brighton Center for Recovery, a non-profit addiction treatment center, alcohol and drug treatment costs are very reasonable, but they can vary from individual to individual. When determining a patient’s treatment costs, we consider several factors, including the appropriate level of care and insurance coverage. Patients may require detoxification, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, a halfway house stay, or a combination of these services.

Some patients pay privately for their treatment costs; some have addiction treatment insurance coverage; while others use insurance, and then pay privately for longer stays. Our recommended inpatient program length is 28 days, in order for clients to receive the full educational series that will equip them with the necessary tools to sustain recovery.  Although most insurers may not cover that many days of treatment, the investment in privately paying for the additional days is invaluable.

When scheduling an admission assessment, a Customer Service Representative will complete a thorough insurance verification; discuss in general the costs of treatment; and review the details of your insurance plan with you, including how much of the cost of your stay is covered. We accept most commercial addiction-treatment insurance policies and managed care plans.
