The Transfer Center is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide a centralized point of access and a seamless, well-coordinated transfer process for inter-facility transfers to Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola.

After placing your phone call, our experienced transfer coordinator will handle the complete transfer process, including:

• Consulting with the accepting physician
• Arranging for a patient bed
• Communicating with nursing
• Assist with patient transport for helicopter and pediatric transfers
• All other transfer needs
