About Us

Ascension St. Vincent’s One Nineteen Fitness Center combines group exercise classes and a large fitness floor with specialists that listen to you.

At Ascension St. Vincent's One Nineteen Fitness Center, our care team listens to you to better understand your specific needs. We provide group exercise classes, wellness education and childcare for children ages four months to 12 years. We also have a wide range of cardio equipment, such as:

  • Arc trainers
  • Concept II Rowers
  • Ellipticals
  • PowerMill Climbers
  • Stationary bikes (upright and recumbent)
  • Treadmills

Ascension St. Vincent's One Nineteen Fitness Center has a variety of group classes including TRX, HIIT Training, and yoga. Our certified instructors are ready to create a personalized fitness plan that,s right for you.

Due to COVID, use of aquatics, childcare, and group exercise is by reservation only. Members may resume use of the sauna, steam room and towels.

Water-based exercise is a low-impact activity that helps those dealing with chronic pain, limited motion and other orthopedic concerns. The Ascension St. Vincent's One Nineteen Aquatics Center has a six-lane, 25-yard indoor exercise pool, a therapy pool and a 12-seat whirlpool. You can also access our saunas and steam rooms located in our upscale locker room area.

Degreed personal trainers

Our personal trainers are here to help you reach your fitness goals. We combine the latest exercise research with proven techniques for a safe and effective workout. You will receive step-by-step guidance, encouragement and community support.

Group exercise classes

We provide fitness training in one-on-one or group settings. Some of our classes include spinning, yoga, cardio and strength training. You can mix up workout routines to challenge yourself and most of all, have fun.

Sports Performance program
