Tai Chi Series - Rochester

Tai Chi movements are low-impact and gentle.

All courses have been cancelled through April 30, 2020 and will be rescheduled at a later date. We apologize that we can not provide these classes at the current time, but the health and safety of our providers, associates, patients and communities is our top priority.

Tai Chi for Health incorporates authentic traditional tai chi movements recognized for improving balance, strength, relaxation and overall health. It was created by Dr. Paul Lam, a medical doctor and Tai Chi Master, along with his team of medical and tai chi experts. Tai Chi for Health is recognized by health organizations worldwide and is taught by certified instructors. It is enjoyable, easy to learn, and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Wear loose clothing and flat comfortable shoes. Come ready to move. Seated options are also available.

Class held on Wednesdays, beginning on the session date listed below. Enter North Entrance and stop at the information desk for directions to the North Conference room.

Must register for a minimum of 4 classes or more. NO drop-ins allowed!

If you cancel your registration, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received at least 5 days prior to the start of the class/program. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
