Preparing for Breastfeeding Class - Rochester

Breastfeeding provides the best nutrition for infants as well as a unique relationship between mother and baby.

For the safety and health of everyone, all participants will be screened at the entrance and will be required to follow social distancing and wear a mask. In the event that an increase in COVID-19 cases occurs in the community, we will change classes to virtual.

Please consider registering for our eClass, Understanding Breastfeeding as an alternative. Click Here

This class will answer your questions and help you get off to the best possible start as a nursing mother. A registered nurse/certified lactation consultant teaches the class. Registration includes both mom and her support person. We recommend taking this class 2-3 months before your due date.

Any questions regarding registration please call (248) 844-4540.

* WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE TO VIRTUAL CLASSES AS NEEDED!

If you cancel your registration, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received at least 5 days prior to the start of the class/program. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
