The Ascension Borgess Heart Institute is hosting the Healthy Heart screening event. You'll get a free heart screening with on-the-spot results, and a one-on-one conversation with a provider to review your individual situation.
Screenings include:
- Electrocardiogram (EKG)
- Blood pressure screening
- Body mass index
- Blood glucose test (no fasting required)
- Heart risk assessment
- Stroke assessment
- One-on-one review of your results
Registration details
Walk-in registration begins at 7 a.m. and ends at 11 a.m. Screenings at the event are free. If additional appointments, tests and or treatments are needed outside of the free screenings (for example, should you be having a medical crisis and treatment is necessary), that treatment is not considered part of the free screening.
