2025 I'm in Labor...Now What?

Whether you plan to receive an epidural or go without, enter into a Via Christi St. Joe Labor & Delivery room where we will show you how to optimize your entire hospital room during your labor journey. Two nurses will show you the ins and outs of labor positions and how to keep you and baby moving to facilitate delivery and pushing as well as encourage comfort throughout from your support people.

At the end of the class, you will receive a 6 page photo labor position guide to use during labor!

**Childbirth Prep is a required prerequisite to take this class.**
