Intro to Natural Family Planning

Natural Family Planning (NFP) is an umbrella term to describe the methods used to achieve or avoid pregnancy based on observations of the naturally occurring signs and symptoms to determine the fertile and infertile phases of a woman's menstrual cycle. This is meant to be an informal introductory session only. A certified NFP RN will facilitate the one hour class and referrals will be provided.
