The program teaches how to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants and how to help an adult, child or infant who is choking. It is designed for family members such as new parents, grandparents, young babysitters, and generally those persons who want to learn CPR that is not needed for employment.
This class includes nurses and nursing students, physicians, EMS personnel, dental and other allied health professionals who need certification for a regulatory requirement. This class is for both initial and renewal certification.
This one day course is for Healthcare Providers needing an initial or renewal certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Skills only Sessions (BLS & ACLS)
This course is designed to meet part two (practice) and part 3 (testing) of the American Heart Association BLS or ACLS for Healthcare Providers on-line program.
Do you have an AED at your workplace, but you don't know how to use it? Does your staff want to know how to perform CPR in an emergency? Ascension Providence Rochester's Training Center can train your staff to assist in emergency situations.
If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. Ascension Providence reserves the right to cancel classes with less than 5 registrants. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
