***Please note: Information covered in this Childbirth Preparation Overview Class is also covered in our Childbirth Series Class. This overview class is one, 3-hour class. Our Childbirth Series Class takes a more in depth look at principals of Lamaze and is a more extensive series of three, 3-hour classes. You should attend one or the other, but not both***

Childbirth Preparation Overview provides information on the birth process and your hospital stay. It includes research-based information for both mom and her care partner.

Topics include:
- What is labor and when should I come to the hospital?
- What happens when I get to the hospital?
- Explore comfort and intervention options available at our hospital

Registration includes both mom and care partner. Class registration is non-refundable, however, we would be happy to move you to another class with 72 hours notice.

*It is recommended that you attend this class at least 30 days before your due date.

**Please bring 2-3 pillows or a comforter with you to class.
