Qi Gong - Fall 2 Session

Fall Session 2 - October 26 - November 30

Qi (CHEE) Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that can improve mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing techniques, self-massage and meditation. Qigong opens the flow of energy in the meridians used in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. The slow, gentle movements warm tendons, ligaments, and muscles; tonify vital organs and connective tissue; and promote circulation of body fluids.

Class Time: Tuesdays 11am - 12pm

If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. No refunds will be given once the session begins.
