Limber 4 Labor

This is a one hour session for moms to be. We will demonstrate 6 different mini stretching series for you to begin practicing daily at home. Discussion will consist of when to start stretching while pregnant and preparing for your labor experience.

These stretches will help with the position of your baby for labor, relax the pelvic and peri floor for delivery, and provide a sense of well being while pregnant. You will receive a handout with a picture demonstration of each maneuver provided after attending.

If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
