Our bodies go through BIG changes, recovery and healing can be tricky and take time, and we get conflicting advice about the best way to do things. If your class requires payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 3 business days prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
Our in-person classes are limited in size and fill up quickly. There will be a $25 cancellation charge for no-shows unless the cancellation is made at least 3 business days prior to the start of the class or if the site cancels the class.
