TCA12-CP - Tai chi for arthritis 12 Forms - continuous practice:
Course offered for those who have completed the Tai chi for arthritis 12 movements and need more practice to refine and improve their 12 forms of Tai Chi for Arthritis Program. Classes are offered 2 days a week for 8 weeks, This class is to support your continuous practice, you are not required to participate in all classes. The emphasis is on teaching the practice of tai chi principles through the forms, strengthening one's core, and improving one's posture, balance and stamina.

Registration fee is refundable only if we receive your registration cancellation prior to the start of the second class. The full price of the registration fee is expected once you have attended greater than 8 classes. In case of payment options, you are obliged to pay the entire fee, after dropping out past the 6th class. All cancellation requests should be emailed to LourdesTaichi@ascension.org or by calling the cancellation line 607-203-8098. In the case of illness and attendance of fewer than 4 classes, you will be given a credit to attend the next session of classes.
