Join us for the FREE introductory class to find out how the Diabetes Prevention Program can reduce your risk of developing diabetes in half!

Do you have prediabetes or other risk factors for type 2 diabetes? Now is the time to take charge of your health and make a change. Join us for this class to find out how the Diabetes Prevention Program can help you reduce your risk of developing diabetes in half!

  • The diabetes prevention program is a year-long program which focuses on lasting lifestyle changes like regular physical activity, healthy eating, weight loss, and stress management.
  • The program meets weekly for one hour for the first 6 months and then one to two times per month for the second 6 months.

This class will give you an overview of the program and help you determine if you may be eligible to participate.

Location: This class will meet at 2251 N. Squirrel Rd., suite 330 Auburn Hills. If required, meetings may be changed to virtual when appropriate.

  • October 7th In-Person Class

The year-long program begins on October 14th.
