Infant Massage

We will discuss: when to massage, when not too massage, what lotions & oils you can use, why massage your infant. We will teach you with demonstration: 3 different types of full body massage, the colic maneuver, and the I love you maneuver. We will show you how to start supervised Tummy Time with your baby which helps strengthen their neck and back muscles.
