Course Logistics:

The virtual course is 6 hours held over 6 weeks. We meet for 1 hour weekly. You will receive handouts and resources for each session. Please plan to attend all 6 sessions in order to receive the full training. Bring something to write with or you can use a device. You will be sent a Zoom link via email before the start of the class.

The in-person course includes all 6 sessions in one day held in Austin, Texas. Lunch is provided. The schedule is 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Course Expectations:

This is an interactive course! To get the most out of group discussions, it is best to have a mic and webcam for the virtual course. If you have a smart phone that will work just fine.

To equip you with tools you can use on the job to manage stress and difficult emotions.

CEU:

We offer 6 CEUs for those who attend all 6 sessions.


Refunds

If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
