Purpose: Upon completion of this learning module, the nurse will have a basic understanding of the Kansas Nurse Practice Act. This activity will explore what the nurse practice act is, what it means to a staff nurse's practice and where to find answers to practice questions. Also, information about the Kansas State Board of Nursing and its role with nursing practice will be given.
