2025 Infant Massage Class-Ascension St. Vincent Women's Hospital

This class is designed for parents and their baby (6 weeks-9 months of age).

Join in the fun of learning infant massage. Massage has been shown to help babies gain weight, develop more restful sleep patterns, provide relief from colic and teething, and promote family bonding. Massage can also build a new parent's confidence by learning baby's cues long before they are able to speak. Instructors will focus on teaching strokes for each part of the body. Demonstration includes methods to vary strokes as baby grows and ways to include siblings. Class registration includes instruction materials and massage oil. Please bring your baby and a baby blanket to class.
