This program is for low-risk pregnant women who are planning a water birth.

Labor and birth in water helps women relax, reduces the need for pain medication, and makes it easier for women to move and change positions during labor. It provides a smoother transition for babies into an air environment. A short video and tour of the water birth room is also provided. The Certified Nurse-Midwives and Obstetricians offer water birth as an option to patients.
This class will be held in the Integrity Conference Room, which is located in the lower level of the hospital next to the library. Park in the Emergency Room parking lot. Go straight down the hall and take the first left.
