This is an ONGOING class. This class concentrates on using Tai Chi movements to increase balance and strength for the mature exerciser. This form of exercise may help you relax, reduce stress, sleep better, increase your overall well-being and help prevent falls.
This class is already in progress but participants can join in at any time and work at their own speed.
This class is held on Mondays from 2:30-3:30. Cost $3 paid at class CASH ONLY. No credit card or checks.
Location: Senior Wellness Center - Enter through the main doors and make a left and walk down the hallway and you will see Suite 172 on your left.
