Opioid Overdose Prevention Training

Learn about overdose prevention and how to correctly administer Naloxone.

Join us for a FREE Naloxone* training session. Participants will learn about overdose prevention and how to correctly administer Naloxone. If you live or work with someone who is at risk for an opioid overdose, this training is for you.

The training is open to the public. Anyone who may have contact with someone who is using an opiate or opioid may attend including professionals, community members, and concerned family members.

This community training session is being provided by the Southern Tier AIDS Program (STAP) and hosted by Lourdes Youth Services Alcohol and Drug Education Prevention Team (ADEPT).

*Naloxone is an opioid antidote. Opioids include heroin and prescription pain pills like morphine, codeine, oxycodone, methadone, and Vicodin.

Seating is limited.

If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. This class is free and does not require a payment.
