Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown Just About the Baby

Welcome to Just About the Baby! This is an interactive class designed for expectant parents, grandparents, adopting/intended parents, nannies or anyone else needing a refresher on newborn care. We will discuss challenges you may face in the first few weeks at home with the new baby. Some of the topics include: safe sleep, feedings, soothing and general infant care.

We will practice hands-on skills including diapering, bathing and swaddling. (If you register for an in-person class, we will provide the baby doll and supplies for you to borrow during your class.)

*A support person is encouraged to attend class (no additional fee). The class fee includes the book, handouts and your session with your instructor.

CLASS CANCELLATION AND REFUND:

If a cancellation is requested for a virtual class, it must be done within 24 hours of the time you registered, and you will not receive a full refund. The class packet is immediately mailed out to your home address. The book contains a unique access code that cannot be returned or transferred to another participant.

A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
