Breastfeeding Success is pleased to announce that Breastfeeding Basics Class will be offered as a real-time, virtual class.

We believe that during this time of social distancing it is imperative that parents are able to establish and maintain community support. Participants will be contacted by email before the class starts with a Google Meet link to attend the virtual class.

The fee for Prenatal Breastfeeding Success Class is $40. Breastfeeding Success offers financial assistance if your insurance carrier does not cover the cost of the class and you have documented need. Please call 512-808-0237 with any questions or for help with scheduling. We look forward to seeing you in class!

Join us for a fun and informative class to get you prepared for breastfeeding your new little bundle.

During this interactive and engaging class we will cover:

  • Why breastfeed?
  • How to get things off to a good start
  • What to expect in the first few days
  • What to expect during engorgement
  • Milk production explained - establishing and maintaining supply
  • How to know that things are going well and when to ask for help
  • Understanding and overcoming common breastfeeeding challenges
  • Hand expression
  • Breastpumps and other tools
