Education and training opportunity for clinicians, amputees and caregivers.

Registration
Event is free to amputees, caregivers and clinicians who will not be receiving CEU's. (5 CEU's available for PT or PTA). If PT or PTA will be receiving CEU's, the cost is $60 for Ascension employees and $90 for non-Ascension employees.
Dennis and Todd, along with the physical therapy staff from St. John Providence, will help patients with strength from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M.
Refreshments: Bag lunch
Location: St. John Hospital and Medical Center. Enter through the North entrance (back of hospital) follow the blue signs to the 4th floor simulation lab classroom
