The Ascension Mobile Heart and Vascular unit at
Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital
Results of each study are sent directly to the patient's home to share with their primary physician.
The screening creates a comprehensive heart and vascular profile for only $60. It includes:
- Health Risk Assessment
- Blood Pressure
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- 12-Lead Electrocardiogram (EKG)
- Ankle Brachial Index (ABI)
- Abdominal Aortic Ultrasound
- Carotid Arteries Ultrasound

Additional Information:
A physician referral is not required.
Additional blood testing is available for $20.
Screenings are not typically covered by medical insurance plans
All tests will be patient paid on an individual basis at the time of registrations (credit card or personal check)
The mobile unit will be parked on the North side of the hospital (on University Dr.). When you arrive for your appointment, park in the area close to the unit.
If your class required payment , a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received at least 5 days prior to the start of the class/program. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
