Robert G. Dodds, MD

Dr. Dodds specializes in Urogynecology and is committed to providing the highest quality care to all of his patients. Urogynecology is a sub-specialty of Obstetrics & Gynecology that focuses on pelvic floor disorders like urinary & fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain. Dr. Dodds works together with Dr. Meghan Griffin in the Providence Pelvic Health Center.

The goal of the Providence Pelvic Health Center is to provide individualized care with a focus on evidence-based treatments that have been proven to work. Dr. Dodds will work with you to figure out what your problem is and then discusses all the different options to find the one that best fits you. The Providence Pelvic Health staff are all well versed on handling the various pelvic floor conditions and will make you feel comfortable discussing things that many women may find embarrassing. We are here to help you.

Dr. Dodds is actively involved with resident education with a passion for training our younger physicians. He has spent a large portion of his career running the Obstetrics & Gynecology training program at Providence and now serves as one of the teaching faculty. He is Board Certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Obstetrics and Gynecology through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Personally, Dr. Dodds has a strong interest in Southeastern Michigan. He met his wife at Novi High School, raised his kids in Novi and still lives there today!
