Eden T. Amdemichael, MD

Dr. Amdemichael is board-certified in general surgery and fellowship-trained in endocrine surgery. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons. In addition to general surgery, she specializes in the treatment of thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal gland conditions. Prior to joining Saint Agnes, she practiced in West Virginia and was Assistant Professor of Surgery at West Virginia University School of Medicine. She received her Medical Degree from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. She then completed her General Surgery residency at Hofstra-North Shore/Northwell School of Medicine in New York. She went on to complete her Endocrine Surgery fellowship at the University of Miami in Miami, Florida.
